Return and Refund Policy
1. General Rules
Items are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Not listed as non-returnable (e.g., personalized items, undergarments, or perishable goods).
- Beauty products must be unopened for hygiene reasons.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Defective or Wrong Items
If a product is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly. You may choose either a full refund or a product replacement. We will cover return shipping costs, and refunds will include the original AED 15 shipping fee (if paid). For example, if you paid AED 65 (AED 50 for the product + AED 15 shipping), you will receive AED 65 back for a refund. Please provide photos and specify your preference (refund or replacement) to help us process your request quickly.
3. Change-of-Mind Returns
For returns due to a change of mind:
- The original AED 15 shipping fee (if paid) is non-refunded.
- Orders with a total value above AED 200 qualify for free returns. For orders below AED 200, a return shipping fee (including 5% VAT) will be deducted from your refund: AED 10 for items under AED 100, or AED 15 for items AED 100 and above.
- Example: For an order below AED 200 with a AED 50 item (total AED 65 with shipping), we deduct AED 10 (return shipping fee for item under AED 100), so you receive AED 40 back (AED 50 – AED 10). For an order above AED 200, no return shipping fee is deducted, so you receive AED 50 back.
4. How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Please email support@krevonrealm.com or call +971-557370937 within 14 days to request a return.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll provide a return label and schedule a pickup (free for defective items or orders over AED 200; otherwise, return shipping fees apply).
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Hand Over to Courier: Our courier will collect the package from your UAE address.
Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your return after receipt.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds cover the item’s purchase price, excluding original shipping fees for change-of-mind returns.
- Gift card payments are refunded as store credit.
- Bank processing may add 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Undergarments, swimwear, or cosmetics (unless unopened and sealed).
- Perishable goods (e.g., food or flowers).
7. Order Cancellations
Please cancel orders before shipment by contacting support@krevonrealm.com. If shipped, follow the return process.
